Second Cancelation: The second time services are canceled less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, we will automatically charge 50% of the appointment fee to the card on file.

Third Cancelation: If a third cancelation is made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.
